Karel Gržan is a priest and doctor of literary sciences. He became known to the wider public in 1997 when he founded Don Piero’s comune for girls at Razborje under Lisca. People know him for numerous literary works, folk games, and also archaeological work, and recently he was famed for politically-economic texts with meaningful titles, such as “Getting into slavery” or 95 theses, bent on the door of the sanctuary of neoliberal capitalism for the liberation from parasitic hrematism. His wisdom has touched many people and his example of humble sharing is a way to empathic and compassionate relationships and society.
