Only one more day until the World of Synergy conference!
The conference starts this Thursday, 14th of March, at 7 pm. We recommend you to arrive to Terme Olimia early enough to get comfortable. In case you have not booked your accommodation yet, don’t worry – there are still some rooms available here.
The next thing after you get all cosy is the fiery opening: Tune into the world of Synergy!
If you are arriving on Friday morning, our team will be waiting for you at the registration desk from 7.30 am. The conference starts at 9 am. Please arrive by 8.30 am. The conference programme is available here.
Please do not forget to bring your valid I.D. due to the EU General Data Protection Regulation. It will be checked on site at the registration desk before picking up your name tag.
Please, bear in mind that the snack dinner on Thursday night and lunches on both conference days in Hotel Sotelia are included in your conference fee. Breakfast and dinner on other nights are included in your overnight stay in Terme Olimia.
Conference fee also includes:
* participation in all sessions of the conference (from Thursday to Saturday)
* breaks with refreshing 0.0 % drinks from Pivovarna Laško Union and delicious coffee, provided by OMV
* and a special bonus PDF booklet with excercises from the workshops.
Do not forget to bring your swimsuit, because we have a special surprise for you! We have made arrangements with Terme Olimia that all attendees, who booked their accomodation through the link on our webpage, can enjoy one entrance to Wellness Orhidelia free of charge. You can use it also on the last day of your stay in the hotel. We advise you to prolong your staying until Sunday to get totally relaxed in the idyllic surroundings of Terme Olimia.
