We are well aware that wiser decisions can bring greater impact, but in search for wisdom, we do need to open to wider perspective and activate more senses. There are stories, tools and practical models that can help us expanding our horizons and posing better questions – to ourselves and to others.
With a bit of gentle push, one day we might even realise we started to live an answer.

Inclusive Leadership is a multidimensional (body, mind, soul) form of leadership – on individual and organizational level. It is based on values such as equality, diversity, curiosity, presence, BALANCE between feminine and masculine principles, a BRIDGE between generations, where questions are more important than answers and everyone is considered a leader. The foundation of it is LOVE.

Isidora is first and foremost a very curious being, always fascinated by how thing work, that be actual objects or people. She takes her curiosity to every class of her Criminal Justice studies and tries to further understand the human nature. When she is not attending lectures, she loves being creative and expressing her love of art, be it by designing a space or just fixing up an old pair of jeans. That creativity is also expressed in the projects she works on — always trying to find ways of balancing people in her teams. Her passion towards peaceful and flourishing relations has led her to obtain a mediation certificate.
