We are taking this quest into 2-day conference experience with purpose of bringing (back) soul, aliveness and meaning to organisations and communities.
We are well aware that wiser decisions can bring greater impact, but in search for wisdom, we do need to open to wider perspective and activate more senses. There are stories, tools and practical models that can help us expanding our horizons and posing better questions – to ourselves and to others.
With a bit of gentle push, one day we might even realise we started to live an answer.
Co-creating this conferential experience is a part of our quest to co-create the World of Synergy.
Questions we want to explore:
- What limiting paradigms can we remove together now, at the conference, to tap into a wider sphere of possibilities as individuals, organisations and societies?
- What is possible if we expand horizons and ask transformational questions?
- How to enable environment where diverse, (pro)creative and engaged people work really well together in ways that make things better from a bigger picture perspective?
- How can synergy between feminine and masculine intelligence lead to wiser decisions and greater impact?
- How can I embody these qualities in myself as leader; to be a more impactful change agent?
How do we see INCLUSIVE LEADERSHIP and why are we inviting you into the quest of it?
We need leadership that is linked to the Earth and harmonized in polarity.
Inclusive Leadership is a multidimensional (body, mind, soul) form of leadership – on individual and organizational level. It is based on values such as equality, diversity, curiosity, presence, BALANCE between feminine and masculine principles, a BRIDGE between generations, where questions are more important than answers and everyone is considered a leader. The foundation of it is LOVE.
We came together with urge to contribute and co-create the World of Synergy. We believe Inclusive Leadership can address today’s challenges in politics, economy, education, culture, religion and value systems and do so in opening to synergy of our potentials in a very heart-centered way.
More than four centuries ago Terme Olimia was already one of the most sought-after thermal retreats in the region.
A great world between the mighty Alpes, mediterranean Adriatic sea and lazy Danube river, full of natural resources, offers a wide range of spa centers, but none quite like Terme Olimia. Its name comes from the medieval monastery, located in the immediate vicinity, known for its herbal garden and natural pharmacy.
Built around a natural thermal spring, the wellness and spa centers of Terme Olimia offer the spring’s natural gifts to every visitor. You can treat yourself to the prestigious wellness center Orhidelia, the family-oriented Termalija or the adventurous amusement park Aqua Luna. Local thermal water is a proven and successful remedy for rheumatic diseases, skin conditions, blood circulation problems and injuries. It has an anti-inflammatory effect and improves blood circulation, stimulates metabolic processes and strengthens the immune system.
Awarded as the best wellness in Slovenia for 5 years in a row, Terme Olimia is a perfect place to enjoy an exquisite offer and beautiful venue architecture in a lovely atmosphere of green and fresh nature.
Green. Active. Healthy. And much more.
On the paths among green alpine hills and steep white mountain peaks you will find lively turquoise-green rivers and dreamy scenic lakes, which surprise you with a new adventure behind every corner. Medieval coastal towns offer leisure walks between their narrow historical alleys all while watching rainbow-coloured sunsets melt into the Adriatic Sea. If your inner romantic would not be fully awakened by this point, we suggest visiting one of the out-of-this-world subterranean caves that hide secrets in the shape of stalactites, stalagmites and underground lakes. For some well-deserved relaxation, we recommend taking a deep breath of fresh air and drinking a glass of water from one of the natural mineral water springs. Or even better – visit one of the best natural thermal spa resorts and let yourself be pampered.
Slovenia is a dream outdoor destination that will charm you with its hospitality, friendly and open people, tasty cuisine, and those extraordinary little gems that captivate your soul. Though tiny in size, it is rich and diverse in offered experience and will welcome you with open arms, no matter what fills your soul the most.
The official currency in Slovenia is the Euro (€). (1EUR = approx. 1,22 US Dollar/ 0,87 British Pound). Most shops, cafes and restaurants in Slovenia accept credit cards, however it is advisable to have change on hand for smaller businesses that might not have a card terminal. ATMs can be found all over bigger cities, however smaller places tend to only have a few. Nevertheless, currency can also be exchanged at the banks.
Per the Global Peace Report 2016, Slovenia is the 10th safest country in the world. With that in mind, we still recommend you keep an eye on your belongings to prevent becoming a victim of theft (especially in large tourist crowded areas).
The weather in March in Slovenia is sometimes unpredictable with occasional rain and wind. The average temperature is 9°C though on warmer days temperatures can reach up to 20°C. Nature starts awakening, ready to inspire anyone.

We are individuals, connected by a pull of natural force to co-create something new together. Each one of us is working on its unique field of expertise but we all carry the same vision: to bring more balance to the world. We are curious about the new paradigm of collaboration, connectivity and leadership. We want to invite more wisdom to action in our society. That is why we joined our energy to co-create World of Synergy.
Oh, and we all Love Slovenia. We feel our pristine natural environment is perfect for planting the seed and supporting our quest into global inclusive leadership story.
Our vision: The conference is providing you the experience of harmonic collaboration, which activates the capacity of connection and wiser decision making within each participant. »Balance is something our world deeply needs if we want to stay in this game called life. However, we are not there yet. There are some qualities that have been deeply missing from our lives for a long time and it is time to bring them back to their true place – to main stage, so they can lead us into balance.
World of Synergy conference is opening the unique opportunity to experience key feminine qualities which, I believe, are the part of the whole picture and still need to be enhanced in order for next-stage leadership to come forward.«

»The time has come to stop comparing and competing between ourselves and instead start walking on a path to mutual recognition of masculine and feminine traits as two sides of the same coin. There is not a more suitable environment to open the discussion of synergy between two principles than Slovenia – the country that unites mountains and sea, the cold and the warm, the rational and the emotional.
If we ask ourselves where and when do we start changing our society for a future prosperity, there is no better answer than right here, right now.«
